(2009, p. 65-69), self-awareness include self-concept, self- disclosure, self-esteem, self-regulation and self-motivation. First of all, self-concept is defined and keep by our relationships and self-esteem is based on self-respect and respect for others (Dwyer 2009, p. 81). What?s more, self-disclosure is personal openness (Dwyer 2009, p. 81), it contains showing reactions, feelings and sharing ideas (Dwyer 2009, p. 66). In the end, trust will link all of these factors
