As Mitt Romney officially clinched the GOP nomination this week, the focus of the race remained on the economy with both sides attacking each other?s record.? Team Obama transitioned from bashing Romney?s time at Bain, to going after his economic record as the governor of Massachusetts. Team Romney, armed with new dismal jobs numbers, seized on the administration?s failed attempt to prop up the now-bankrupt Solyndra. ?This Sunday, we?ll continue the debate on economy between two of the nation?s top governors and campaign supporters: Romney?s successor in the Bay State, Obama backer Gov. Deval Patrick (D-MA) and governor of the important battleground state Ohio and Romney backer, John Kasich (R).
